The "It" Factor

As I watch this pre-season game between Denver and Pittsburgh, I see a clear comparison between Big Ben and Tebow - the "it" factor. Their is a spark in their play that simply makes the difference.

In leadership, I look for three clear characteristics - willingness, ability, and personality. There is also the intangible "it." Tebow has it. I'm afraid Brady Quinn just doesn't have it. Kyle Orton might have it. But Tebow definitely has that spark that you can't put your finger on but know that it is definitely there.

On side note, that kid Dwyer looks really good. I had a lot of question marks about Denver this year. I think that if they can get some consistency out of Orton, they can make a legitimate run at their divison.
